The Newspaper Staff produces a professional newspaper for students and staff at SHS and for the Robertson County community at large. We publish six issues of the Yellow Jacket newspaper and one Senior Book magazine of 40+ pages. We maintain 18 bullentin/news boards throughout the halls and we submit articles and photos to the Robertson County Times and On the Ball midstate magazine. Our newspapers and senior book are distributed to many businesses across the county and to each school. Our staff has a great computer lab for writing, photography, layout and graphics. No funding is provided for equipment, supplies or printing costs; therefore, we work as a small business selling advertising and producing a talent show for necessary funding.
