You will also need proofs of residency and proof of custody if appropriate. 

Also--if at all possible, bring a transcript and/or the most recent report card, or a list of classes for which credit has been received, and a list of classes in which student is currently enrolled.  This would not apply for new freshmen.


If student was previously attending another Robertson County High School, you should first withdraw from that school and bring the withdrawal form with you.
