Skills USA is a student organization that teaches leadership skills along with industry based skills in specific program areas. Students are given opportunities for community service, leadership, and regional and/or state competitions. Brief History: Starting in Leesburg, Virginia, Skills USA teaches leadership, career, and teamwork skills. Forty students are involved in this organization though the officers have not yet been elected. To join, you need to be enrolled in a CTE course and pay dues of $20.
